Research and recommend suitable venues based on client preferences. Up to three venue site visits included
Liaison with vendors (caterer, florist, photographer, etc.) and negotiate and review vendor quotes within set budget
Creation of a comprehensive event timeline and coordination with vendors to ensure timeline adherence
Day-of coordination with vendors, venue staff and oversee event setup and breakdown
This package includes a smaller scale of the above items and is intended for birthdays, anniversary parties, bridal showers, baby showers, networking events, etc. Up to 50 guests
These services can be an add on or chosen a la carte for your special event
